Grilled Lobster Tail

Treat yourself to a luxurious dining experience right at home with our Grilled Lobster Tail recipe, featuring a delightful baste made with Tee's Seasoning! This dish is perfect for special occasions or simply when you want to indulge in something extraordinary.

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice from 1/2 lemon

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Tee's Original Smoke

  • 1 teaspoon Tee's Apples To Oranges

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
    Start by cutting the lobster tails open, freeing the meat from the shell while keeping it attached at the tail. This allows the meat to cook perfectly while protected by the shell.

  2. Make the Baste:
    In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, Tee's Original Smoke, and Tee's Apples To Oranges. Stir until well combined and let it simmer for a few minutes to enhance the flavors.

  3. Baste and Grill:
    Brush the baste onto the lobster tails about 5 to 10 minutes before grilling. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Once the grill is ready, place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side up. Grill for a couple of minutes until they start to turn opaque.

  4. Finish Grilling:
    When the lobster is nearly done, carefully remove it from the shell and reapply the baste on the meat. Grill for an additional couple of minutes until fully cooked to your desired doneness.
